It all began when I was 16, fresh out of school, eager to earn my own money and build a career I could be proud of in the hair industry. Before even completing my NVQ level 3, I took the step of enrolling on a hair extension course. I honed my skills, became a self-employed professional, took on an apprentice, and during this time, I discovered my true passion: guiding and supporting others to become the best they can be. Empowering individuals to not just "do" hair, but to cultivate successful businesses where they make clients feel amazing for a living – what a privilege that is!
